Most everyone is aware of the trophy potential of the mule deer in old Mexico. This outfitter has the exclusive hunting rights to some of best mule deer producing properties in Sonora. Multiple ranches totaling over 300,000 acres are lightly hunted to insure maximum trophy quality is maintained. This is evident by the number of 200 class and larger bucks taken. It is common for 15-20 percent of the bucks taken in a given year to meet or exceed that magical 200 inch mark. Few bucks will come in measuring less than 180.

Hunters are met at the Hermosillo airport and taken directly to their assigned ranch. Accommodations are comfortable modern homes and ranch houses with all of the modern conveniences where the accuracy of the rifles can be checked before heading afield. Hunting is spot and stalk or high racks in the back of pickup trucks. Each hunter is assigned a driver and a guide for the duration of their stay. The ranch managers are bilingual speaking good English as are the guides (though the guides are not quite as fluent as the managers.

Hunters are responsible for their passport to legally enter the country of Mexico. Each will also need approved gun permits before arriving at the airport. The outfitter will assist with this paperwork to insure things are in place long before the hunt time arrives. The outfitter is an American citizen haling from Utah but has years of experience hunting the Mexican countryside. Many clients return each year attesting to the quality and safety of these hunts.
