* Certain parts of Idaho have an over abundance of Black Bears. This outfitter hunts an area that has reduced price bear tags and a second bear can be taken at a reduced price as well.

* This outfitter sets multiple baits to provide the best opportunity for a successful hunt. If one bait site is not active, it is highly likely that one of the others is.

* This is a fully guided hunt including lodging and meals. Lodging is in wall tents near to the hunting area.

* Bears weighing in at several hundred pounds is very possible and there have been some record quality heads come out of this area.

* Spring and fall hunts are available. If you book a spring hunt and are unsuccessful, this outfitter offers a "Fall Back" option where you are invited back in the fall for half price to try again.

* Spring hunt dates are from early April through early June. Fall hunts are in September through mid November.
